A roller brush — also called a cylindrical brush or main brush — is the rotating cylinder that scrubs or sweeps across the full working width of the machine. Roller decks handle textured floors and heavy debris better than disc decks, because the counter-rotating action lifts particles into a coarse dirt container instead of pushing them around.
