On the Hako b45 family the wear part that fails first is usually the drive flange, not the brush. The flange transmits drive from the hub to the brush; once the thread or the lug slots round off, the brush slips under load and the machine stops cleaning evenly.
We produce compatible drive flanges for b45, b45L and b45R. The three variants use different bore and thread arrangements, so the model suffix matters — a L flange will not seat on an R deck. Confirm the suffix and the OEM part number before ordering.
No. These are compatible replacement parts made by Aikerui, dimensioned to fit the same decks. They are not manufactured or endorsed by Hako.
If the brush spins freely when the machine is running under load, or slips when it meets resistance, the flange is the likely cause. A worn brush still turns but cleans poorly.
The bore and thread arrangement differ between the three variants. A flange made for one will not seat correctly on another, so match by the model suffix and the OEM part number.
