A brush flange is the locking plate that holds a disc brush or pad driver onto the machine hub. If the flange wears, the brush slips, wobbles or drops off mid-pass — one of the most common causes of a scrubber that suddenly stops cleaning evenly. We manufacture flanges in pin-clip, screw-thread and snap-lock styles, in the diameters and bore patterns used across the common scrubber decks.
Because flanges are stamped and machined on the same site as our brushes, they are matched to the brush rather than sold as a generic fit. Send your machine model and OEM part number and we will confirm the lock style and bore size before you order — a flange that does not seat properly cannot hold a brush true, whatever the rest of the deck does.
Measure three things: the flange outer diameter, the centre bore, and the locking style (pin-clip, screw thread or snap lock). Send us your machine model and OEM part number and we will confirm fitment before you order.
Usually a worn flange rather than a worn brush. Check whether the clip pins are rounded, the thread is stripped, or the plate is bent. A flange that no longer seats flat cannot hold the brush true.
No. Bore diameter, lock style and lug spacing differ between decks even when the brush diameter matches. Match by the flange part number or by physical measurement, not by brush size alone.
Send us your machine model or the part dimensions and we will quote factory-direct pricing — 30-50% below dealer rates, with OEM and private-label options.
